The story

Some work does not start as a client brief. It starts as atmosphere: roads, motion, weather, music, and the need to make the landscape feel lived-in instead of decorative.

Creative direction, filming, editing experiments, soundtrack exploration, and visual development.

A living reference library for the studio's cinematic tone: movement, restraint, and Nevada atmosphere before it becomes a client campaign.

Deliverables

Aerial and landscape stills, motion tests, soundtrack tooling, and a Bonanza Show 'N Shine spot found in the local Timberline Drift folder.

Creative Direction

The reel exists to answer one question other photographers ask most often: can the same eye that frames a still landscape also cut a motion piece that holds together? The direction leans on the same patience as the photography work — long holds, natural light, minimal effects — the hum of tires on a mountain road and the stillness of a drone gliding at dawn, rather than the fast-cut energy of typical promo video.

The Bonanza Show 'N Shine spot is the proof this isn't just a demo reel — it's a shipped piece that a real client put in front of a real audience. Everything else here is the practice that made that spot possible.
